О СИТУАЦИОННЫХ МОДЕЛЯХ ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО РАЗВИТИЯ
В статье раскрывается актуальность разработки современной, мобильной системы планирования на основе построения ситуационных моделей развития. Предлагается увязать планирование товарных и ресурсных стратегий. В статье подробно рассмотрена ситуационная модель планирования технической стратегии развития фирмы. Данная модель позволяет выбрать вид стратегии технического развития в зависимости от планируемой товарной стратегии, оценить прибыльность, перспективность, наметить пути усиления реализуемых стратегий или их смены под влиянием изменения ситуации.

In article the urgency of development of modern, mobile system of planning on the basis of creation of situational models of development reveals. It is offered to coordinate planning of commodity and resource strategy. In article the situational model of planning of technical strategy of development of firm is in detail considered. This model allows to choose a type of strategy of technical development depending on planned commodity strategy, to estimate their profitability, prospects, to plan ways of strengthening of realized strategy or their change under the influence of situation change.
